Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. The 1980s were when she gained a cult following for her appearances on various TV shows. She was known for her glamorous portrayal. Fairchild was first noticed in the role of Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was the CBS show that aired on a daytime basis from 1973 to 1977. After appearing on Dallas the show, in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actor in primetime she was then a part of the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. The show was a short run on ABC's show on primetime Paper Dolls, and in Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also an actor in the theater, and has appeared in guest roles in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actor in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends.
